A bit about me ...
I am a people-person at heart, and care passionately that every individual understands their potential, value and significance, no matter what their past has held, or the nature of present difficulties.

I find great solace in spending time in the natural world, hence the choice of pictures for the website , and enjoy being creative.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked with children with hearing impairment and special needs.
I am married and have four adult children. I have a Christian faith, and recognise the impact of belief systems on the way we live our lives.

My Approach
I use an integrative style of counselling that enables a more personalised approach for each client.

I can also work creatively if desired, although this is easier done face -to-face, and offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions, if that is preferable to sitting inside, weather permitting of course.

I can provide face-to-face, online or telephone therapy, depending on client needs as discussed in an initial assessment, and on current Covid-related restrictions.
